All the Right Stuff!

My first Cupcake to join the Express. Welcome aboard!

The 1st item on the Express is the Carrot, Pineapple & Walnut Cupcake and I used a secret ingredient to make it spongy and moist. It took about 25 minutes at 350 deg Fahrenheit to bake them. The cupcake top is shiny and scrumptious looking. The cinnamon and ginger powder was not overwhelming. I frosted these babies with home-made cream cheese frosting.

Word to my mom, I ate carrots at last! Next item on list: ??? Oh yeah!

They say, "Size matters, so I am going to increase the girth of the cupcake." Watch for it!
